Welcome to Transact Washington

This is the administrative area of Transact Washington, created for information technology professionals to complete the following tasks:

  • register as administrators for their agency's online applications
  • add their agency's applications to Transact Washington
  • remove their agency's applications from Transact Washington
  • grant approval to Trading Partners* who have applied to access applications
  • revoke Trading Partner access to applications
1. Apply for a high level digital certificate 2. Determine Admin Account Role Pause for arrival of your digital certificate 3. Open a myAdmin Account


Getting Started

If you are a first-time Transact Washington administrator, please follow the three steps above. In order to perform administrative roles you must first purchase digital certificate with a high level of assurance from IdenTrust. Detailed information about certificates and their costs is available on the IdenTrust website. You will be directed there as part of Step 1 above.
